The rubber is first sliced by a rubber mixer and then sent to a sol cylinder to mix the sol with gasoline. The sol is then emulsified and modulated and pumped into the latex tundish. The gasoline-soluble rubber solution is fed from the top of the distillation column and distilled by steam heating. The light component gasoline is heated to form a gas phase. The gasoline gas is mixed and cooled by cold water in the oil-gas cooler. Oil-water mixture and then oil-water separator, oil-water layer. The upper gasoline is recovered and the lower water is pumped to the cooling tower for cooling, then the gas gasoline in the distillation tower is cooled after cooling. The latex in the distillation tower kettle is sent to the latex mixing tank for stirring and mixing according to its own pressure, and then separated from the centrifuge to separate the latex of glove raw material, which is used after color adjustment and filtering.

After dipping, it is sent to oven for preliminary drying, adding fiber inner sleeve, flushing hot water and then sent to oven for vulcanization and drying. After the gloves are demoulded, they are checked by air, set at low temperature, dried at medium temperature, washed, dehydrated and dried, then packed and sent to the finished product warehouse. Physicochemical, biological contact oxidation and activated carbon adsorption were used in the water treatment process. The process consists of mechanical grille, regulating tank, air floatation tank, biological contact oxidation tank, sedimentation tank, sand filter, activated carbon filter and fan room. The waste gas treatment process is dedusted by Venturi stone dust collector, and then reacts with alkali-containing water to desulfurize and dedust.
