Foaming machine first appeared in foreign countries, its original model is the use of high-speed rotating impeller foam, it also known as "Da Pao machine." Later, with the continuous progress of technology, foaming machine technology content has been increasing, new models continue to appear, forming a different technical system. China began to use the foaming machine in the 1950s, but is not a dedicated foam model, but the use of mortar mixer. Working principle

Whatever the foaming machine, the basic principle of foaming is to introduce air into the foaming agent solution. Various models vary in the way the gas is introduced, and thus the effect is different.

Bubble formation has two essential factors, one is the foaming agent solution, the other is air, the two are indispensable. There is no foaming agent solution, the liquid film surrounding the gas will not form, there is no bubble. And there is no gas, single foaming agent solution, bubbles can not be formed.

In the bubble formation system, the foaming agent solution is the dispersing medium, the gas is the dispersed phase, the gas disperses in the liquid, can form the bubble, then by the innumerable bubbles composition froth. Besides the important factor of foaming agent performance, it is another important factor to introduce gas into the foaming agent solution. And the gas into the liquid, must rely on the foaming machine to complete, that is, the foaming machine using a certain method of gas into the liquid.
