Disposable PVC gloves are widely used in electronics, food processing, cleaning, medical and other industries because of their low cost and excellent protective effect. The main raw material is polyvinyl chloride, and the production process is as follows:
Raw material mixing: mix the raw material polyvinyl chloride resin powder, diisononyl phthalate, calcium zinc stabilizer and viscosity reducer in a certain proportion;
Defoaming and standing: After the first full stirring of the mixer, the mixture is allowed to stand to remove the dissolved air in the material and the monomer in the raw material;
Filtration refinement: the material after standing and degassing is filtered and refined through a certain mesh filter, so that the mixture material initially meets the requirements of subsequent production;
Vacuum defoaming: Add a small amount of viscosity reducer to the material again, carry out secondary stirring, and defoam in vacuum;
PVC dipping: transfer to PVC dipping tank for dipping, heating and plasticizing the mixture;
Plastification molding: After entering the polyurethane (PU) trough for dipping, heating and drying;
Glove lip curling: lip curling on the blank on the hand mold;
Stripping gloves: Use an automatic stripping machine to separate the gloves from the hand mold.
Glove testing: The quality control process method comes from the standards set by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Tests include puncture resistance test, abrasion resistance test, corrosion resistance test, tearing force test value, gram weighing, and pinhole test. The test follows the AQL standard, and only qualified gloves will be kept.
