Solvent impregnated

Dissolve the polymer in a solvent.The process, which involves multiple impregnation processes, is a relatively long and labor-intensive process that produces high-quality gloves.Thanks to the technology of multiple impregnation, the resulting gloves are also layered (as if they were one glove after another).

Solvent impregnated gloves have better integrity than latex impregnated gloves, resulting in better mechanical and chemical protection.This process is used to produce glove box gloves, isolation box gloves and butyl elastomer and Viton fluoroprene industrial gloves.

Some polymer materials (such as butyl synthetic rubber, Viton fluorine rubber and Hypalon chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber) can only be produced by this method.
