The second step of the process is to dip the metal mold of different shapes into the open-top cylinder of the latex.The top of the balloon is usually the thickest and the neck is the thinnest because of the top-to-bottom immersion method.When the process is complete, a prototype latex film is rolled up around the neck through a series of rotating brush heads to form the normal shape.This process will be carried out in the case of uncured latex film.
