Balloon production and pigment pollution

- Apr 19, 2019-

High quality rubber balloons are made of environmentally friendly rubber. When the balloon is blown up and exposed to air, the degradation begins. This can be confirmed by the oxidation on the surface of the balloon: soon after the balloon is inflated, a layer of fog forms on the surface.Heat and sunlight will speed up the process.High-quality balloons will eventually decompose into the soil as quickly as a few weeks, like leaves, without causing environmental pollution.

Are balloons safe?

It is suggested to use high quality balloons that meet the requirements of environmental protection and can be decomposed by microorganisms to make modeling balloons. First, they are safe and not easy to break. When making modelling design with balloon additionally, because use is air, reason does not have safe concern. But if you are using a round balloon to go short, be sure to fill it with safe helium rather than hydrogen. Also, do not let children put balloons in their mouths. This may cause choking. In addition, although there is no domestic legislation against the mass release of helium balloons during festivals, the following principles should be observed:

1). Do not release the floating aluminum foil balloon (aluminum foil is not easy to decompose, aluminum foil will have the risk of short circuit when it meets the high-voltage wire, aluminum foil will cause trouble in flight

2) do not use wire to bind helium-filled rubber balloons for the same reason as above.

3) for helium-filled rubber balloons, tie a weight to one ball rather than a large number of balloons to the same weight.Because once the balloon flies away, it will not spread out, easy to hang on the wire, or fall after the wire will be wrapped around the animal and cause harm.

Therefore, as long as the above precautions are followed, the balloon is very safe.

Foil balloon, helium balloon, foil balloon, foil balloon, foil balloon, foil balloon, helium balloonAccording to the different occasions of its use can be divided into: birthday party balloons, toy cartoon aluminum film balloons, gift balloons, decorative balloons, advertising balloons, valentine's day balloons, Christmas balloons and other types of holiday balloons.According to its use the different function can be divided again: balloon of ball of automatic aeration, music, typeface, letter balloon, take rod balloon, bead light balloon to wait

The production process of aluminum film balloon is various, ranging from material selection to finished products.Due to the strict confidentiality of this industry, I will simply introduce some basic production processes here.

In order to ensure the printing quality of our products, we use intaglio technology to print for aluminum film balloons.Printing is composed of two parts, plate making and printing. Generally speaking, copper or zinc plate is used as the surface of engraving, and the concave part can be made by etching, engraving, copper plate drawing or mezzotint metal plate making.Due to the use of gravure printing process for the printing of aluminum film balloons, so printed out of the aluminum film balloons bright color, full, three-dimensional strong, accurate color reduction and other advantages.

According to different shapes of aluminum film balloons, different moulds must be cut to fit different shapes and sizes.Like some regular 10 - and 18-inch circles, hearts, and stars, there are usually a few sets available for a rainy day.

Rubber balloon

Natural latex is a white, milky liquid. They are usually shipped by tanker from the producing country to the United States and then transported by train or truck to balloon factories. The materials used to make the balloons include hardeners, catalysts, oils, dyes and water.Almost all balloon production lines now use metal mold immersion. For example, the mold for making round balloons is like a small light bulb. But before immersing the metal mold in the latex, it must first immerse the metal mold in the mixture of coagulant made of calcium nitrate, water and oil. After the coagulant dries, the production process of balloons can be started.

The second step of the process is to dip the metal mold of different shapes into the open-top cylinder of the latex. The top of the balloon is usually the thickest and the neck is the thinnest because of the top-to-bottom immersion method. When the process is complete, a prototype latex film is rolled up around the neck through a series of rotating brush heads to form the normal shape. This process will be carried out in the case of uncured latex film.

Now, the nearly complete balloon, along with the metal mold, is washed with hot water to remove the remaining calcium nitrate, and the latex film is then hardened for 20-25 minutes in a baking machine at 200-220 degrees Fahrenheit.Once hardened, the balloon is removed from the metal mold for printing or packaging, and the mold is reused.
