The dropping liquid is returned to the impregnating tank through the collecting tank. The hand mould after dropping the excess emulsion enters the oven with the production line, and the oven temperature is controlled at 230-250 degrees Celsius. Under these conditions, the emulsion on hand feels ripe. After natural cooling, lip rolling, powder staining and other processes, the hand model from the oven is manually removed from the hand model, and the hand model is continuously moving to the impregnating trough.
