Under normal production conditions, the hand mould on the pipeline automatically enters the impregnation tank, and the hand mould adhered to the emulsion comes out of the dipping slot in turn, and keeps rotating in the process, so that the emulsion on the surface of the hand mould is uniform, and the excess emulsion drops down.
Production line process of Disposable surgical examinational glove dipping production equipment:Hand mould cleaning is standard pickling system,Coagulant smoothly covers the hand mold,Dry the coagulant and keep it sticky in Oven,Insulation and temperature control, full stirring to drive the whole liquid level in Dip tank,Nylon edge brush, while minimizing the force acting on the film.After filtration, vacuum pumping and static setting, the mixture was sent into the dip tank of the production line by the pump.
